Visa Presents the Summer Sofar Series Terms & Conditions 

• Please note that for select Events, only eligible Visa consumer or SMB (Small Business Hub) credit cardholders may purchase Tickets. This restriction applies to the following Events: Seattle (8.21.25), New York City (9.4.25), and Chicago (9.19.25). If you attempt to purchase Tickets to any of these Events using a non-Visa credit card, your transaction will not be processed.
• There will be some food available at the events. Please notify staff members at the event or contact us here prior to the event if you have any dietary concerns.
• No other Visa x Sofar offer applies to these events. The Sofar Sounds benefits for Visa credit and debit cardholders does not apply to these events.
• To the extent permitted under applicable law, ticket holders and all other persons and entities hereby hold Visa, its affiliates and designees harmless from any and all liability to the ticket holder, his/her representatives, assigns, heirs from and against any and all loss or damage and any claim demands therefor resulting from or in connection with Event.To the extent permitted under applicable law, ticket holder assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, death or property damage while participating in the Event or any activities that are incidental to the Event.
• Ticket holder understands and acknowledges that participation in the Event may involve serious risks and hereby voluntarily accepts this release and waiver of liability to the full extent permitted under applicable law. 

These events are also subject to Sofar Sounds’ Terms & Conditions wherein Visa acts as Event organiser.
