So Impartial is the psychedelic pop project of New York artist Christian Rossi. After spending the first decade of his music career as Rah-C, a primarily hip-hop focused project, a new world of songwriting steered the ship in a new direction. His releases span from noise-infused lofi jingles to folk music and everything in between.
