Atlanta-based Sensory Artist, Siana was born with an ability to experience sound, pain, emotion, and personalities in color. She translates these extrasensory responses into visual art, illustrations and looped compositions. Her works portray the results of hyperconnected relationships between the five senses and color. Through her research in neuroscience and community involvement in neurotechnology, Siana has opened up conversation in relation to Synesthetic responses used to innovate user experiences, color memorization techniques, workplace productivity, and multi-sensory experiences in VR/AR and live performance. She replicates these automatic sensory experiences to create experiential, interactive atmospheres for listeners to engage through their senses. Her visual portrayals of Synesthetic responses have been exhibited in China, Macau and South- Africa. Cross-Sensory conditions and sound sensitivities like Synesthesia (translates “together sensation”) and Misophonia (“the hatred of sound”) reveal a rare, behind-the-scenes look at people and sensory responses to everyday occurrences. Siana’s works have been presented at Coca-Cola, SunTrust, and CreativeMornings, as well as a TEDxCentennialParkWomen and TEDxAtlanta alumni, featuring her work, The Art of Slowing Down
