Matt Lohan and Louisa Stancioff are cousins who reconnected later in life and realized their mutual love for music and adventure. They formed the indie folk and roll outfit, Dyado, in Maine 2016 and together they tour around the country in a blue Ford Focus with a cow skull wired to the grill, singing songs about wild loves and long road trips. The band is named after their Bulgarian grandfather, a wonderful man who lives in midcoast Maine. Diado means grandfather in Bulgarian.
Dyado has performed in Sofar San Francisco and Sofar NYC.
