105.5 The Colorado Sound is curating a series of Sofar shows in Denver and Boulder featuring up-and-coming talent in the area.
The Colorado Sound launched on February 29, 2016 with the first song being “Ophelia” by The Lumineers. They are a non-commercial, listener-supported, public radio station focused on strengthening community through music. They believe that music discovery creates communities that are passionate, curious, loyal, connected and deeply invested in the local music scene. They value authenticity and strive to create emotional experiences.

What is a Sofar Sounds show?
Sofar transforms everyday spaces—like a rooftop or retail shop—and turns them into captivating venues for secret, live shows, creating an immersive experience that brings guests and artists closer together. Each Sofar is small, and typically features three diverse acts, with no headliner.
