It was a short month, but that didn\u2019t stop these artists. Here are just a couple highlights of what our Sofar Alumni have been up to this past month:<\/p>\n<p>1. Have you heard<strong> Madi Diaz<\/strong>\u2019s newest single \u201cResentment (New Feelings Version)\u201d yet? The track is from the artist\u2019s upcoming EP, <em>New Feelings,<\/em> out March 4th via ANTI. The small collection features performances fromWaxahatchee, Angel Olsen, Courtney Marie Andrews &amp; Natalie Hemby. Madi just wrapped up a tour with Waxahatchee, but she has more dates in April, so keep an eye out. Before all that though, revisit the artist\u2019s buoyant Sofar that breaks wide open in the choruses.<\/p>\n<div><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Qn5bY-4dju4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>2. <strong>Del Water Gap<\/strong>\u2019s been on a strong streak of creativity and performance. The longtime Sofar alumni has released some viral songs over the last couple years, along with his self-titled LP last fall, had a recent sold out concert at Webster Hall, and made his late-night debut on <em>Late Night with Seth Meyers<\/em>. You can catch the artist on a slew of tour dates in the U.S., Canada, UK, and throughout Europe. You can also check out his stripped down, solo Sofar.<\/p>\n<div><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nxMTrlFjzx0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>3. Seen Netflix\u2019s <em>The Power of The Dog<\/em> yet? The Western Drama has received a string of Oscar nominations, including one for <strong>Jesse Plemons<\/strong>\u2019 performance. And speaking of the actor, did you know he\u2019s also a musician, and a Sofar alum? At the top of the month, <strong>Adekunle Gold<\/strong> gave us his newest LP, <em>Catch Me If You Can<\/em>. We\u2019re big fans of the Lagos\/Los Angeles-based artist at Sofar (you can find his song \u201cMercy\u201d on our <a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/playlist\/4qcuAfHj8FSA0ahNuN6OWk?si=e72f86a54ed84abb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Black Voices playlist<\/a>). Last but not least, don\u2019t forget to check out<strong> Andy Shauf<\/strong>\u2019s new singles, \u201cSatan\u201d and \u201cJacob Rose,\u201d two dreamy, sparse folky ones. The artist is in the midst of a run of U.S. tour dates, but he\u2019s about to make his way to Canada, then jumping around Europe and the UK.
