Vanouhi is an original Rock & Roll artist whose music invites you to step into a space where vulnerability becomes power, and wounds unravel to heal. Every note pulls you out of the ordinary and into a world that feels both familiar and free. San Diego based vocalist and songwriter Vanouhi Kaloyan began her musical journey with “Roses”, a self-produced five-song EP released in 2018. Her first step into writing, producing, and releasing music on her own. Upon emerging from the studio and learning the alchemy of live performance a new sound took shape: raw, immersive, and emotionally charged. Drawing from the heavy soul of Led Zeppelin, the shadowy fire of Soundgarden, the vulnerability of Jeff Buckley, and the untamed vocal power of Heart, Vanouhi’s evolving music now pulses with a visceral energy that’s both fresh as it is timeless. Vanouhi has traveled to Hawaii, Mexico, and Los Angeles to perform and play notable venues such as Bellyup, The Casbah, Soda Bar, Hotel Ziggy, and more!
