Tucson Blonde is the culmination of a lifelong songwriting partnership between brothers Charlie and Joseph Campbell, balanced and complemented by best friends and players extraordinaire Patrick Dozier and Ryan Bedingfield.
Tucson Blonde's sound is a unique blend of the drunken energy of the barroom and the subtle melodic sorrow of classic country rock. The band's music is forged by heartbreak, triumph, hangovers, and SR-316 - the heavily traveled stretch of rural highway connecting Athens to Atlanta.
This music should be played in times of joy and despair;
This music should be played in times of love and in loss;
But most importantly:
THIS MUSIC SHOULD BE PLAYED LOUD
