The Hawthornes operate in somewhat of an omni-genre, combining the backgrounds of each individual member’s primary discipline, and marrying them in a sonic-sphere that is equal parts accessible and challenging. Sultry soul, old-school funk, 90’s rock, and even some hip hop elements are all portioned out in a musical journey that thoroughly lays out the complete sound of the band.
