Stillblue is a five-piece band that blends indie-rock, folk, and alt-country, infusing their music with lyrics that meditate on themes of love, loss, and the process of aging in the perspiring humidity of Miami, Florida. The band consists of Daniel Estrada (lap-steel/keys), Diego Gamez (drums), Yamil Granda (bass), Enrique Rosell (vocals/guitar), and Sofia Soriano (vocals/guitar). These individuals came together within the local music scene while performing with different bands. They share a profound appreciation for melancholic, cathartic melodies and a commitment to creating music with utmost honesty. The group debuted with their EP titled "flora" on July 29, 2022, featuring tracks such as "Song to Say Goodbye to" and "Bluets," which garnered both critical and fan acclaim. In early 2023, the band embarked on their inaugural tour across their home state. Shortly after their return, they unveiled the single "Paint Me Funny," a darker and more electric interpretation of their indie rock style that still retained the band's affection for folk-inspired melodies and instrumentation. Their latest single, "Luna" is part of their sophomore EP titled "Come Home Slow."
