Sofia Frohna is a composer, singer-songwriter, and artist based in Brooklyn. In 2022, Sofia released “Amongst Good Company,” a “dark, ethereal folk” EP. She has participated in the LA Philharmonic Composer Fellowship Program, the Zodiac Music Festival, Sunset Chamberfest, and the Atlantic Music Festival. Sofia is a serious goofball who is passionate about building community connections and accessing alternate sonic beauty through music. She is further informed by her love of folk music, modern art, mythology, theatre, comedy, carpentry, and calligraphy. In 2021, Sofia scored episode seven of Showtime’s Cinema Toast, “Attack of the Karens.” Sofia scored Caleb Jaffe's pilot "It's Not About Jimmy Keene," which premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, and Susan Bay-Nimoy's short film "Eve", which premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. Sofia sings with Amor Artis, and is the host of “New Works, New Drinks,” a salon for contemporary music and craft cocktails.
