Rambling Nicholas Heron has been active recording lo-fi American music since 2006. The singer, guitarist and songwriter has gathered around him a four piece band that’s extremely effective and responsive. Today they are considered the paramount indiefolkrockboogieblues band of Gothenburg, and one of the best kept secrets of the city, bringing boogie rock, ballads, and songs of a kind that is highly refined and simply awestrickening to the table.
They have supported bands/artists like Daniel Johnston, Kurt Wagner (Lambchop) Papercuts, Band of Horses and Loosegoats.
Their debutalbum "Cannot Feel at Home in this World Anymore" was recorded by legendary producer Björn Olsson (Håkan Hellström, Bear Quartet, Mattias Alkberg BD mfl.) in 2011.
