Rahul is a singer/songwriter and guitarist based in Tallinn, Estonia. With a penchant for metaphorical verses as well as heartfelt and personal stories, his lyrics occasionally derive from sonnets. Stylistically, Rahul's music sways between the realms of soft and experimental rock, all the while varying in structure, form and length. Born in northern India and brought up in western India, Rahul has also lived in both Western and Eastern Europe. In many ways, his work attempts to overcome the east-west dichotomy, while having a strong sense of rootlessness. Apart from music, Rahul also works as a junior researcher at Estonian Academy of Arts, and is a practising documentary filmmaker.
