Pearl Scott is an Indianapolis, Indiana born singer. She started singing in gospel choir during her early years. It was not until her time at Indiana University that she began seeing music as a potential career. She performed in many open mics and won talent showcases, all while learning from Instructors in African American Choral Ensemble, IU Soul Revue, and IU Jazz Ensemble. In 2015, she joined the Army as the first civilian Vocalist to enlist in the regular Army Bands. In her time in the Army, she performed on large stages in the South-East region of America and toured with the US Army Recruiting band all around the nation. Upon leaving the Army, she has performed on many stages all over the country. Whether she’s doing professional theater productions, releasing a new single, or gigging as a musician, Pearl Scott is proud to be adding to the rich music culture that Boston has. It is up to the community to maintain the cultural integrity of the Arts. Pearl Scott is more than willing to do her part.
