Ola

“Ola” is Olamide Polet’s stage name. He is a 24-year-old singer-songwriter based in Brussels who in 2021 unveiled a very convincing 1st EP entitled "My favorite mistakes". Raised on the Beatles, John Mayer, Radiohead and many more by a jazz drumming father, Ola has been singing since his childhood. Although he was originally predestined for a career as a professional basketball player... After his NBA dream in the US went awry, it was in music that he found his greatest comfort. Ola is completely self-taught and had a very noticeable stint in The Voice Belgium before signing with Warner Music in 2020. His latest single “Blue” was released in the summer of 2022.
