Nightcars

Nightcars, a rock band, emerged onto the music scene with their debut EP, "Extended Play." The trio of Nick Marchena (guitar/vocals), Cial (guitar), and Mebs Rosales (keyboards/synthesizers) collaborated remotely, crafting a captivating sound. The band developed a unique sonic palette that combines the infectious melodies and introspective lyrics of Blossoms, the electronic-infused indie rock sound of The 1975, the intricate harmonies and ethereal atmospheres of Half Moon Run, and the lush, expansive soundscapes of The War on Drugs. Their singles, "Neon Girl" and "I Was in a Dark Frame of Mind," gained recognition on influential playlists, propelling Nightcars to an Anglo-Saxon audience. With each release, Nightcars further refined their sound, captivating listeners with their blend of genres. The addition of Adrián Rego on electric bass for "Extended Play, Vol. 2" marked a new chapter for the band. Critics acclaimed standout tracks like "The Call" and "Disappear". In their latest release, "Double Tap If You Like It," Nightcars worked with engineer Lucas Piedra Cueva to experiment with fresh sounds. The singles, such as "Chloe" and "Double Tap If You Like It," showcased the band's versatility, combining their indie rock and indie pop sensibilities. Currently, Nightcars is gearing up for the highly anticipated "Extended Play Vol. 3," the final EP in their trilogy, set to release in Q2 2023. Visit the official website at nightcars.net.
