milkd

milkd are a two-piece band based in Edinburgh, and have been playing music together for two years. We apply a wide range of influences to our songwriting and performance, from older songwriters such as Paul McCartney and Brian Wilson all the way over to more contemporary artists, such as Mac Demarco, Radiohead and Kurt Vile. We love to explore how with just the two of us, we can create an interesting sound, playing around with guitars, keyboards, close vocal lines and different percussive ideas. We released our debut EP in 2017 (milkd EP), followed by a single (Come Out) and a further festive song (Love on Christmas Day). We plan on releasing our second EP in the Spring of 2018.
