From Buenos Aires (Argentina) arrives pianist and composer Marco Sanguinetti with DJ Migma (turntable), for the first time in New York City, to present their new music project. They join the prominent Brazilian percussionist Mauricio de Souza to become a modern jazz trio. They are representatives of a new generation of South American musicians. According to AllAboutJazz.com site: Sanguinetti “pushes forth toward a new jazz genre". Sanguinetti's last album "8" (released on CD and vinyl edition) led him to be selected as the Best Composer of 2013 in an annual survey of Argentine jazz journalists. Sanguinetti and his band opened for The Bad Plus’ concert in Argentina. His album "8" was nominated for the 2014 Latin Grammy Awards. In September 2016 he releases his fifth album: "Como desaparecer completamente", which revisits the music of Radiohead.
