Lydia Bennett

Folk-pop in sound, Lydia's captivating vocals take you through honest stories about the preservation of our environment, self and community - in a solo set up or with support from double bass, accordion and electric guitar. Lydia is a former singer of Tinderbox Collective, and previously opened for Kris Drever, Kathryn Tickell, Sink, and Brother’s Gillespie. Lydia completed a sold out debut album tour of 'Fossil' in June 2024 at Sneaky Pete's (Edinburgh), The Engine Room (Newcastle) and Alnmouth Arts Festival. She has headlined at The Pianodrome, and performed at Kelburn Garden Party, The Cluny, and Pilgrimage to the Islands. “One of the things that makes Bennett so special are her vocals, which are as pure as a mountain stream.
