Luke Askew

Luke Askew is a London-based musician, originally from the countryside. He grew up listening and singing to Motown, Soul and Jazz artists like Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway and Marvin Gaye. As a guitarist, he spent many hours studying the greats of the instrument - his favourite players are Joe Pass, Guthrie Govan and Wes Montgomery. He spends most of his time producing - combining elements of many genres to create his own identifiable records. His recent release: 'A Diary Of A Woman' is a great example of this. It combines elements of Rock, Jazz and RnB
