KTEE

Born and raised in in a small town in Austria, KTEE soon discovered her love for music. She has been singing since the moment she spoke her first word and hasn't stopped since. Singing has always been KTEE’s way to communicate and to deal with little and huge dramas in her life. It was soon clear that KTEE is not only a singer, but also a songwriter. Her songs can be viewed as some kind of public diary of whose contents the singer makes catchy pop melodies and relatable lyrics, which she then shares with the world with an outstanding and recognizable voice. Soon after being a successful participant in an Austrian TV music show (Helden von morgen), Katharina began her journey as KTEE.Many of her songs were and are played on radios in Austria, Germany, England and USA, among others on Hitradio Ö3 and BBC Sussex. In 2017 and 2018 two of her songs were in the semifinale of the International Songwriting Contest in Nashville. Her song So What was among the Top 3 songs in the internal the pre- selection rounds for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2018. Boys 4 Breakfast, a collaboration song with PAENDA and Vida Noa, is part of the soundtrack for the Austiran cinema movie Love Machine II (starring Thomas Stipsits). Her greatest passion is playing live shows and personal highlights were in 2022 and 2023 when she was the opening act for Nico Santos and for Alvaro Soler. Another highlight was playing the main stage at Danube Island Festvial 2023 (biggest stage in Europe).
