Krush is a singer songwriter born in Bristol, originally based in London. She is no stranger to the music scene; 2007, known for her confidence when passed the mic as a female Emmcee led her to working along side artist such as Mike Skinner Nolay, Sincer (stay lizzy) Mike Glc, King Aggi the list expands. Krush has gained plenty of experience working across different genres of music alongside various artists and producers across the UK. After a lengthy hiatus, Krush returned to the Mic during 2020 lockdown after the passing of mother. Krush returns with gritty experience and amped pain to her diaphragm and a archive of unreleased music. Krush explaines her influences come from different eras of music... 70s/80s Pop/Soul were on heavy rotation in her household. 90s RNB NEO SOUL HIPHOP sealed the deal with heavy Influence from Mary J BLIGE, JILL SCOTT, AALIYAH, JOE, LIL KIM BLACKSTREET, MOBB DEEP the list continues! Exposed to a broad range of music from a young age this has infused the style & sound which is evident when you listen or see her perform live. Naturally captivating her audience, taking them on her lyrical journey with her powerful vocals and original style of story telling. Her music is an expression of pleasure and pain through her lyrics we are transformed  the  listener to the gritty side of survival, relationships, addiction, abandonment, and explosive love. Most recently Krush performed at British music festival Boomtown 2022 opening the with rapper Wishmaster and band The Embassy. Energies her debut single (2020) was No1 in the southwest charts (Ujima) Krush also supported the infamous controversial HipHop legend Immortal Techniques tour date at the O2 academy Bristol this year.
