Kimme

Im born in Engelholm south west in Sweden in the landscape called Skåne. Mostly I played Volleyball, but allways liked singing. In younger years I played some piano and Hammond organ until I was 14. Some simple musicvideos made 2013-2014 but my joerney to my big dream of making a vinylrecord took its start in September 2018. I had a "fika" for four hours with a friend Fredrik Larson who has been a sing a songwriter for over 20 years. After our meeting he wrote me a song about me and send it just today later. He suggested me to record it in his brothers Studio Mansarda in Helsingborg and it was also Limme that produced the music. We recorded my song in December 2018 and just a couple of months later i went to Norway for a job. The song "Ingen annan kan komma emellan" was digitally released 25 of March 2019. I worked alot and wasnt in very much contact with Fredrik & Limme. But at Christmas 2019 Fredrik and I meet up again for a new "Fika" for about four hours ha ha ha.... He gave me seven new songs in the same concept at the first one. They all was about my histories in mostley late 1980:s. And after that a new contact and deal with Limme as a Producer for it and now I really planned of getting my full album and vinyl record. I continued to work in Norway and as you all know there was a Pandemic that closed the border. So the recording stopped summer 2020 after two new songs "De första stegen" & "September". Late August and early September 2021 we make the recording of the other five songs. The most mixing did Limme do, but for vinylmastering we send the files to Björn Engelman at Cuttingroom in Stockholm. Release of the full album on digital streaming platforms was on the 23 of January 2022. I orderd vinylpress in February 2022 but they had long que so after testrecords the album was finally done and ready for pickup at Spinroadvinyl Records in Gorhenburg 29 of November 2022. But it was magic, pure magic and such a great feeling to hold the gatefold album.......
