Singer Kenneth Whalum recently wrapped up a spring/summer tour on the road backing R&B star Maxwell. Now Whalum, who’s served a bevy of big name acts over the years – from Frank Ocean to JAY-Z to Beyoncé, among others – is putting the focus on his own musical aspirations with his new album Broken Land.
