Kami Maltz and her innovative trio combine folk elements with both English and Hebrew lyrics, inspired by Joanna Newsom and Sufjan Stevens, using unique instruments such as the Autoharp, Banjo, Ukulele, Baritone Sax and percussion.
Born into a musical family in Israel, Kami has been singing and performing from an early age. By the age of 22, in addition to playing regularly in Tel aviv’s most acclaimed clubs, she performed with the Israeli Philharmonic, played in Israel’s largest Indie festival and toured Japan. She released her debut EP in 2014.
Kami is currently recording her next EP scheduled for release in 2017, and she performs regularly with her band in NYC.
