Joe Victor

Joe Victor is one of Rome’s brightest talented bands. A band with a growing audience in Italy. The sound is a perfect storm of eclectic songwriting and foot-stomping rock & roll energy, that mixes pop, blues, gospel and american-folk style.Joe Victor was born in Rome in 2014 in Rome within the walls of a well-known Italian club called “Le Mura” where they performed for the first time. Their common passion is rock’n’ roll and American folk music in all its forms (country, blues, gospel), Caribbean calypso music and pop from the ’80s. Their favorite artist are Exuma, Wilmouth Houdini, Frankie “Zeke” Hart, Skip Spence, Beach Boys and James Brown. They work with the young Roman label Bravo Records and they are recording their first LP with them, which will be released in September 2015.
