Singer, songwriter, rapper and producer Jessica Wilde melds her sharp-witted lyricism with brutally honest lyrics through spoken word/rap alongside her powerful and soul searing singing vocals. Her music like diary entries, paints a journey through addiction, escapism and toxic relationships to self-empowerment, self-love and living sober. Wilde's recent album release 'Teach Me How To Love', has garnered loyal ongoing support from BBCRadio 1 with tastemaker Jack Saunders, as well as Jess Iszatt on both Radio 1 and BBCIntroducing, hailing Wilde’s debut single ‘Freak out’ of the new album as, “The coolest track on the lineup!”. As well as support from 6Music, BBCRLondon, KISS, Radio X, Reprezent, Rinse, editorial playlists on Spotify, TIDAL, Youtube Music, Pandora, Apple Music and features in CLASH, Complex, Wonderland, The Independent, 1883, Diva Mag and many more. Wilde has collaborated with the likes of Rudimental, Todd Terry, Grammy award winner Kizzo (Jon Baptiste) and James Newman writer of Rudimental’s Brit award winning song ‘Waiting All Night’. This summer she hit the stages of Glastonbury, Soul Town Festival opening for legends Earth Wind and Fire, Camp Wildfire, Medicine Festival, Secret Garden Party and she Sold Out The Lower Third for her album launch show in collaboration with her platform PxSSY PWR. PxSSY PWR is a platform Wilde created to showcase exceptional underground female & non binary talent. It has rapidly grown and become a powerful community for creatives, showcasing some of the most exciting names in the underground scene of soul and RnB including Etta Bond, IYAMAH and Zoe Kypri.
