Héloïse Volon stands out from other young women due to her exceptional journey. She didn't start primary school until the age of 10, having previously taken distance courses and learned to read with her grandmother's help, using fables by La Fontaine. Primarily surrounded by adults, Héloïse had to entertain and occupy herself, stimulating her creativity. She spent her time solving puzzles, playing dominos... The early years of her life, spent apart from other children, shaped her personality: quiet, observant, and solitary, she engaged in constant introspection. Héloïse has always struggled to share her feelings, fears, sorrows, or even her deepest aspirations. However, music provides her with a refuge and allows her to express herself. At the age of 14, Héloïse's life takes a decisive turn thanks to a gift that will change her life: a guitar. This is how music became vital to her, and she set goals and challenges for herself. Over time, she becomes a self-taught artist in her own right, shaping her own artistic identity through self-taught guitar and vocal practice. Héloïse has found beauty in her solitude, which she has used as a source of inspiration throughout her adolescence. Every day, she sings, whether in her room or on the streets of Brussels, where she doesn't hesitate to set up with her microphone, guitar, and amp. Unfortunately, reality catches up with her, and Héloïse must make a difficult choice: give up her passion to pursue university studies. Under family pressure and the weight of her pharmacy studies, she gives up and falls into sadness and doubt. That's when Helora Rose emerges, bringing Héloïse the strength and determination she needs to earn her degree while pursuing her dream of a career in music. Her life is then punctuated by writing, composing, meetings, and recordings, giving birth to her first EP entitled "Helora," which she releases under a famous French label called Play Two where she has a licence deal.
Helora Rose has performed in Sofar Brussels and Sofar London.
