Dianna Tyler, commonly known on the Chicago spoken word scene as “GODDESS WARRIOR” is a native of--born and raised--on Chicago’s west side. Having been a writer since an early age, she’s always been a warrior, a fighter and a believer in the people, but following the tragic loss of her parents in 2012, she found herself able to release her pain through her pen. Some of her accomplishments include: -Releasing of "More Than A Woman: Introduction Of A Goddess" Her Debut Spoken Word Album in 2018 -Team member of Team At Ease -Host and founder, to “Poetic Thought Thursday” open mic poetry showcase -Host and Founder of "The Wordshop Open Mic" -Crowned Chicago's “Princess Of Poetry” by the International P.O.E.T. organization 2015 -Awarded “Woman Of The Year,” January 2017 -Nominated for a 2016 National Poetry Award -Nominated for a 2018 National Spoken Word Award -Founder and CEO of “Words of A Warrior Productions” -First African American woman to direct a Black History stage play in Richton Park, IL. -Named a “Chicago Beast Woman,” 2015 2016 and 2018 -International Spoken Word Artist Goddess’s multi-state performance credits include: -poetry and spoken word features -two movie appearances -multiple stage play performances -numerous radio spots Dianna’s life mantra is “NEVER GIVE IN, NEVER GIVE UP.
