El Nova creates 70’s inspired alternative rock music with a bold twist. El is a singer/songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist from Naarm/Melbourne with a diverse musical background. She brings a sense of playfulness to her compositions by carefully blending elements of classical, gospel and rock genres to build her own unique sound. In May 2023, El Nova released her debut EP 'Beam Me Up' and celebrated with a launch at The Workers Club in Fitzroy. Inspired by the likes of Queen and David Bowie, El is unafraid to bend the rules and cultivate her own soundscape. Her music features strong vocals, complex arrangements and a creative mix of classic and contemporary sounds that make each track feel timeless.
