Doum Sound music is fresh and original, yet transcends eras through traditional rhythms, hypnotic melodies, and uplifting lyrics. With a sound that is hard to pin down, the band has been likened to classic rock legends Traffic, with flows compared to Mos Def, guitar solos reminiscent of Zappa, drums and bass that can hang with the reggae greats, and a vibe that is described as a psychedelic soundscape.
