Davide Shorty

Davide Shorty is an Italian singer, songwriter, rapper and producer currently based in London. His distinctive sound, a blend of rap and soulful melodies combined with his naturally raspy vocals gained him the likes of Grammy awarded jazz pianist Robert Glasper, singer, songwriter and producer Jack Steadman (aka Mr. Jukes) and many other established international artist with whom he also collaborated and toured. Between 2015 and 2022 he released 2 solo albums (“Straniero” in 2017 and “fusion.” in 2021), collaborated on other 2 studio albums with Italian hip hop collective Funk Shui Project, and tour all across Italy and Europe. In 2021 Davide was the most awarded artist in the most prestigious Italian song contest Sanremo.
