Formed in 2014 in Brooklyn, NY, CRS Culture (fka Cross Culture) is a multi-genre, hip-hop/pop band led by lyricists, Saidu Ezike (Liberia/Staten Island, NY, USA) and, NeMiss ChiYork (Chicago/Brooklyn, New York, USA). Featuring an international mix of musicians, CRS Culture infuses multiple genres into their 1-2 emcee punch. MC Saidu Ezike founded the band by contacting various NYC musicians he found through references and various websites to remix his original songs. After meeting MC Nemiss ChiYork, in 2014, she eventually joined the band in 2016 and established what the band is today. In 2024, the band moved to Atlanta, GA and now operate there. They performed both locally and internationally for years opening for artists such as Tank and the Bangas, Ghostface Killa and Hypnotic Brass Ensemble before releasing their debut album, Majesty, in 2017 (Re-Released in 2022). They are gearing to release their second album, 3.0.9 in 2025.
