Almani

Lyricist-songwriter, Almani, has been intrigued by music and artistry since an early teenager. As the son of a Dj/artist/dancer, of a group "Capital Tax" he always had tools accessible to create, and people who inspired him at arms reach. As a young boy, Almani had an obsession with soul music, 90's hip hop, r&b and everything that he could relate to. By age 15, Almani began recording music at a friend Rd's house after Rd discovered Almani's rapping ability. At 16, Almani worked a summer job at theater camp "Lower Bottom Playaz" and used the money he saved to buy recording equipment to start record at home. Senior year, Almani started a group with two freinds from Berkeley high called "Me Him & Eye". The trio would preform at local open mics and dropped a project before branching off solo. In recent years, Almani has released two projects and multiple singles and has much more to come.
