aedie

aedie is an American indie musician from New England. He recently played the Mystic Folkways Festival sharing the lineup with Whitney, Michael Nau, Matt Costa and more, has opened for Josiah Johnson of the Head and the Heart, Jackson Lundy, and often collaborates with contemporaries Trey Kams (Top Dawg Entertainment), and others in the indie folk scene. On his most recent 9000 mile cross country DIY tour, he sold out two one hundred capacity shows in Bozeman NY and Brooklyn NY and summited five of the United States highest mountains (14ers). He is currently in the middle of finishing his debut record with producer Charlie Dahlke of the Brazen Youth (Flipturn, etc) Ashlawn Studios in Connecticut. An advocate for environmental conservation, aedie cultivates influence for his music through wilderness exploration; car camping, surfing, and climbing mountains during his DIY cross country tours from the Appalachians, to the Rockies, to the California coastline and back.
